People are our product and people from within the community help get the conversation started. The conversations might start on social media channels, at community centers, in break rooms, or at-home professional development parties. We call these people - Zip Code Heroes.

Our interactions have three primary objectives:
Zip Code Heroes are:
- A lived experience person from within the community that makes the effort to learn about ACEs and pays-it-forward by sharing their knowledge with others.
- A person with a clinical or professional background that has the skills to help treat the consequences of ACEs
- A business that donates time, services, or money to support Operation Zip Code Hero
- A person or entrepreneur with training or a unique skill set that donates their voice to the conversation
- A venue that donates their space to host a conversation or event
WE OFFER:
- Educational webinars that are 100% donation based
- Purpose Partner Program (PPP): A 3, 6, or 12 week self-improvement course for individuals
- Corporate training packages for small-owned businesses and title 1 schools
- Community based in person presentations and documentary screenings
- Complimentary ACE 30-minute discovery presentations
- Financial sponsorships for treatment or training
Our interactions have three primary objectives:
- Empower adults and caregivers to use their understanding of ACEs to better support the youth in their care.
- Help people identify any childhood adversities that might be interfering with their own physical, mental, or spiritual health
- Influence so well that people leave wanting to share what they learned with others
Embr(ace) The ACE "Get Involved"
Adverse Childhood Experiences are a public health crisis. ACEs Matter is dedicated to bringing awareness, education, and access to professional resources for to those that have been affected by childhood adversities.
As a society, we must Embr(ace) the adult ACEs in order to prevent the risk of generational neglect, abuse, and household disharmony. At the beginning and end of the day, adults living with unhealed trauma risk hurting their children and others around them.
ACE scores are like time capsules of the past and looking glasses into the future. An ACE score is a number that says you have a story. Understanding your score has the potential to mold an even better version of yourself and those within your reach
The original ACE study screened 17,337 adults living in the Southern California area. By Race category, of those screened,

- 7.2% were Asian/Pacific Islander (approx. 1,248 people)
