Know Your ACE Score
ACE scores are like time capsules of a traumatic past and looking glasses into a blurry future. An ACE score is just a number that says you have a story. Understanding your score has the potential to mold an even better version of you, your offspring, and those within your reach.
"Learning and doing something about ACEs could teach you or someone you love about childhood traumas that are related to depression, obesity, crime rates, and other health concerns."
The original ACE study screened 17,337 adults living in the Southern California area. By Race category, of those screened,
74.8% were White (approx.: 12,968 people)
4.5% were Black (approx. 780 people)
7.2% were Asian/Pacific Islander (approx. 1,248 people)
11.2% were Hispanic (approx. 1,941 people)
11.2% were other (approx. 398 people)
Take this short 11 question quiz to find out your Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE) score.
Every "YES" answer will generate 1 point. Marking "NO" means that this experience never happened to you (which is a great thing - we need our future generation marking NO more often.)
When you complete the brief ACE questionnaire, we'll send you information specific to your Adverse Childhood Experiences score, along with online recommendations for support. We will also share a few important tips you can implement right away to help you minimize your risk for these types of concerns.
Don’t let the score define you – We can help!
